Stirling meeting and events space King Street Events is delighted to announce the launch of a brand-new monthly comedy night, bringing live comedy entertainment to the heart of Stirling.

Hosted at Made in Stirling, 44 King Street, and compered by Presenter Mark Wallace (memarkwallace), the first event will take place on Wednesday 29th April, running from 7:30pm to 10:30pm, with last orders at the bar at 11:00pm. The event will then continue on the last Wednesday of every month, offering a regular midweek entertainment option for locals and visitors alike.

Each night will feature a selection of comedians, showcasing a variety of talent and styles, and providing something fresh and exciting to do during the week in Stirling.

Neil Munday, Managing Director and Founder of King Street Events, said:

“We’re really excited to be bringing something new to Stirling. The city has such a great energy, and we wanted to create a regular event that gives people a reason to get out midweek and enjoy live entertainment. This is just the beginning of what we have planned.”

Mark Wallace (memarkwallace), Presenter and host of the comedy night, added:

“Comedy nights are all about atmosphere, and Stirling is the perfect place for it. We’ll be bringing a brilliant mix of acts each month, so whether you’re a regular comedy fan or just looking for a great night out, there’ll be something for everyone.”

Tickets cost £5.50 and can be booked online at https://buytickets.at/kingstreetaparthotel

This comedy night marks the first of many events King Street Events will be bringing to the city, as the company expands from offering meeting and event space hire at 45 King Street into hosting its own programme of events.

As part of this expansion, King Street Events will also take part in Stirling’s Culture Night with a special event titled Carnival of the Wolf – Stories of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, taking place on Friday 1st May.

This evening of storytelling, presented by Creative Veterans Scotland, will explore the rich history and legacy of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders. Through carefully researched narratives, the event brings to life the experiences, people, and defining moments connected to the regiment.

The event will be held at King Street Aparthotel, 45 King Street. Entry is by donation, and tickets can be secured here:
