Jones Whyte’s Family Law team is headed up by Partner, Charles Brown and the team in Edinburgh will be led by Colin Simpson, a distinguished expert in Scottish family law with over 33 years of experience. Our growing family law team is dedicated to offering compassionate and effective legal support to families navigating complex legal issues.
In addition to family law services, the Edinburgh office will offer a full suite of Jones Whyte services including personal injury and medical negligence claims, dispute resolution, conveyancing, executry and probate services as well as support for later life planning through Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney.
