Cathcart Associates has announced three senior promotions as it gears up for further expansion with ambitious plans to increase their headcount by 30% over the next 12 months.
Stuart Manderson has been promoted from Sales Manager to UK Sales Director. He will lead the firm’s growing team of sales consultants, drive internal recruitment and oversee plans for the company’s ambitious growth strategy. A key figure in the development of the company, Stuart has worked at Cathcart Associates for 8 years.
Murray Simpson has been appointed as UK Sales Manager, and will manage all consultants across the UK. He is building on his previous success as ‘Scotland Team Leader’ to drive further growth in the north of England, and will continue to expand the company’s training structure to develop employee skill sets at all levels. Simpson has broken every sales record at Cathcart Associates and has been instrumental in the development of their Senior Appointments/Executive Search capabilities.
In his new role as UK Business Development Manager, Liam Wilson will continue to build the Cathcart brand by winning significant new business contracts and building robust client relationships. Having set up the thriving north of England division single-handedly during his previous role as Senior Consultant, he aims to capitalise upon this success to see Cathcart Associates become the UK’s leading independent recruitment agency.
