NORTHERN Trust have secured another new letting with Indusvent Ltd moving into the first floor of Building 9 at Earls Court on a 3 year lease term.
The move to Earls Court is part of Indusvent’s UK wide strategy and will further strengthen our service capabilities for their long-standing Scottish customers.
Indusvent was established in 1967 and are specialist in the design, supply and installation of dust extraction systems, the company has had an excellent co-operation with many leading manufacturing companies in Scotland since the early 1970’s.
Gary Madden will be heading up the new office where initially a team of 6 people will be based and commented “This is an exciting development for me and the company, Grangemouth is the perfect choice for its central location as we have customers located in all regions of Scotland.”
Building 7, 8 and 9 was completed at the end of last year, adding 7,378 sq ft of new space to the existing Earls Court office scheme, taking the total floor area to c 25,000 sq ft. This new office accommodation is contained within a single terraced block and split into a maximum of 6 suites across Ground and First floors.
