IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has announced the appointment of Iain Curran as Cluster Marketing and Communications Manager for the prestigious Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa and voco Grand Central, Glasgow, further strengthening the leadership team across both properties.
As the new Cluster Marketing & Communications Manager, Iain will lead the marketing strategy across both Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa and voco Grand Central, further enhancing the reputation of these leading luxury destinations in Glasgow. His appointment is expected to bring fresh insights and innovative approaches to the marketing and communications of both properties, ensuring the hotels continue to captivate and inspire guests.

With over six years of marketing experience across a breadth of industries, Iain joins from high-end skincare brand Obagi where, as UK and IRE Marketing Manager, he played a pivotal role in enhancing the brand’s marketing and PR strategy.
Having started his career with luxury fashion retailer Browns, Iain quickly established himself as a force in the industry, working alongside some of the world’s best-known luxury brands. In his role at jewellers Laings, Iain was praised for his exceptional delivery of the brand’s ethos and his inspiring mentorship of the broader marketing team.
