AVANT Homes Scotland is hosting sales events at its developments in Hamilton, East Kilbride and Robroyston on Saturday April 27 and Sunday April 28.
The event at the £53m, 197-home Highstonehall development in Hamilton will showcase a new four-bedroom family Skybrook view home. Visitors will be able to experience at first hand one of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy-efficient properties.
At the same time, there will be a first time buyer event at the £69m, 252-home Jackton Green development in East Kilbride. The focus of the event is to allow prospective buyers to find out more about Avant Home’s first time buyer fund.
Available on selected plots at the development, the fund provides buyers with flooring throughout, LBTT paid, legal fees paid, £1,000 towards extras and a £1,000 gift voucher on selected homes.
Finally, the open-house event held at the £57m, 167-home Darach Fields development in Robroyston will allow visitors to explore a range of house types to find a home that best suits them.
There will be a five-bedroom Uphall showhome open to view, as well as four view homes: a five-bedroom Rosthesay, a five-bedroom Stirling, a five-bedroom Thurso and a four-bedroom Lenzie.
The Avant Homes Scotland sales team will be present at the events to advise potential homeowners on the available homes and incentives.
Appointments are not necessary to attend the events and an independent financial advisor will be available at all three developments for free financial advice regarding mortgages and affordability.
