Holyrood Distillery appoints new Brand and Marketing Director

Jill Inglis has joined Holyrood Distillery as Brand and Marketing Director. 

With over 20 years of experience within the spirits industry, Jill joins the experimental urban distillery from Gordon & MacPhail where she was Senior Brand Manager.

Jill was behind the refinement and development of Benromach and the successful launch of The Cairn. 

Jill will be responsible for the overall strategic planning and development of Holyrood Distillery’s liquid portfolio which includes Arrival, Embra and Ambir – the first single malts released by the distillery – as well as the newly repackaged and highly acclaimed Height of Arrows Gin. Jill’s remit will also include the Edinburgh city centre-based brand home. 

Jill will work closely with the team, including Sales Director Giancarlo Bianchi, who was appointed in early 2024 to focus on building strong and sustainable business growth for the distillery.
