Greenwood Moreland adds to its presence across Scotland with the acquisition of Lanark broker, R C McLeish.

This deal is its first since joining the JMG Group in April 2022 and according to Greenwood Moreland MD, Andrew Weir, “demonstrates JMG’s commitment to supporting our plans for continued growth in Scotland.” He adds, “R C McLeish shares our traditional approach to customer service and operates in a way that feels very familiar to our team – I am sure they will be a welcome addition and that together we’ll go from strength to strength in the coming years.”

R C McLeish has provided trusted advice to the Lanarkshire community for over 40 years and looks after both commercial and personal lines customers. R C McLeish owner, Graeme McLeish, and his team will assist with the transfer of business to Greenwood Moreland from its office in Lanark, over the next 12 months, supported by Greenwood Moreland’s main office based in nearby Hamilton.

R C McLeish also operates as an Independent Financial Advisor and their IFA services will continue unaffected by this transaction.
