GRAHAM + Sibbald, the independent Scottish property specialist, is currently experiencing significant levels of new construction projects in the pipeline across their Client base from private developers and multi-nationals to local authorities and public sector bodies across the UK. 

To keep up with demand, the firm has strengthened its Project Management team with the recent hire of Sean Donnelly from German retailer Lidl’s UK operation as a Senior Project Manager. 

A former Military Engineer in the British Army, Sean also brings experience from construction giant Amey and the BSc (Hons) Construction Management graduate from Caledonian University is also in the second year of a LLM Construction Law Masters degree at the University of Strathclyde that he is studying for on a remote basis.  

Sean’s remit sees him being responsible for the client-side delivery of commercial retail new build and refurbishment projects from initial concept design through to tender, construction phase and completion.

With over 35 professional staff in employment within the Building Surveying team across their office network Graham + Sibbald are continuing to expand their offering of services and locations. Graham + Sibbald has over 200 employees and 20 partners working across its 16 UK offices in Scotland and England.
