FOLLOWING a multimillion-pound refurbishment, worldwide IT specialist Fujitsu has taken 7,664 sq ft of workspace at CEG’s Verdant office development at South Gyle Business Park in west Edinburgh.
CEG completed the £4.5million makeover of the four-storey building last year, delivering a new-look building to rival the city centre offer. Façade improvements, new windows and reception area have transformed the building, along with the addition of tenant facilities such as a café, a state-of-the-art wellness suite with quality showers, drying room and lockers, EV charging and secure a cycle hub with secure parking and repair facility. The building is now powered by renewable energy, sourced through a Renewable Energy Guarantee of Origin (REGO) contract.
