Creatify, a Glasgow based website design company is set to send star employee Matthew Capes to compete for Team GB at the European Gymnastics Championships in Azerbaijan.
Matthew, who recently clinched gold at the 2024 TeamGym British Gymnastic Championships will swap his day job as a Website Designer as he goes back on the hunt for medals in the Senior Men’s TeamGym event in Baku from October 16-19th.
Founded by entrepreneur Rory Skinner in 2016, Creatify has built a team of creative athletes dedicated to building and maintaining high-performing websites.
Through a unique ‘Websites as a Service’ model, Creatify offers clients continuous updates and unlimited redesigns, all under a flexible monthly subscription. This innovative approach has been key to Creatify’s success in the competitive B2B website design market.
The business is backed by the Royal Bank Accelerator programme whichhelps scaling businesses to maximise their potential through one-to-one coaching with experienced Acceleration Managers as well as full use of co-working spaces and the chance to network and connect with other entrepreneurs across the UK.
The relationship formed between bank and business has only been strengthened through the NatWest Group sponsorship of Team GB, underscoring the bank’s commitment to supporting athletes in both their sporting and business endeavours.
As Creatify continues to focus on growth as a part of the Accelerator Programme, they aim to bring their services to a wider audience, becoming the UK’s number one B2B website design company by 2030.
Rory Skinner, Founder & CEO of Creatify said: “The journey to get where we are today has only been made possible through the dedication of our incredibly hardworking and committed team as well as the vital support offered by the Royal Bank Accelerator programme.
“We encourage all our staff to pursue their goals in life and we’re so proud of Matthew as he represents Team GB in Azerbaijan.
“Part of our success so far has come through creating an environment of likeminded, driven individuals and that’s why the networking opportunities afforded to us through the Royal Bank Accelerator have proved invaluable as we continue to grow and innovate in the industry”
Mandy Bailey, Accelerator Community Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland, added: “Creatify is a great example of the kind of business that we look to support through the Royal Bank Accelerator.
“From the top town, the vision and values of the team are clear, exciting and exhibited everyday by a group of individuals who have bought into a shared mentality.
“It is great to see a young athlete like Matthew, showcase his talents in the sporting realm and we wish him the best of luck at the upcoming competition and beyond.”
