JONES Whyte, a leading multi-service law firm based in Glasgow and Edinburgh, demonstrated its commitment to giving back by having a team of 60 participate in the Great Scottish Run, raising vital funds for Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity. The event, which took place on Sunday, saw the team take on the 10k pushing through the challenging course to support a cause that is close to the heart of many in the firm.
The race wasn’t without its hurdles. An early start and the infamous hill at the beginning of the course tested the endurance of even the most seasoned runners. However, the entire team was united in their determination, knowing that their efforts would help raise funds for an incredibly worthy cause. Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity provides essential care and support for children and families at the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow, ensuring young patients receive the best possible treatment during their stay.
Greg Whyte, Joint Managing Partner at Jones Whyte, said: “We are incredibly proud of the team’s efforts in this year’s Great Scottish Run. It was a tough challenge, but everyone gave their all, knowing the difference these funds will make.”
The fundraising for Glasgow Children’s Charity at Jones Whyte will continue throughout the year through other exciting initiatives as it aims to exceed its £30,000 target.
