GLASGOW-based housebuilder AS Homes (Scotland) Ltd has strengthened its team with four new appointments to support the company’s plans for growth, which remain on course, despite the current economic uncertainties.
The company has announced the promotion of Finance Manager Gillian Quigley to company director plus the recruitment of Simon Donaldson to the new role of finance director. James Loughrey joins as senior quantity surveyor and Ainslie McCrone has been appointed as sales and marketing co-ordinator.
Paul Kelly, AS Homes managing director, said: “Despite the well-documented economic uncertainties resulting from the health crisis, we are cautiously optimistic that we can continue to expand our offering of design-led, private and affordable housing.
“Gillian, Simon and James will play a vital role in driving forward the company’s expansion plans and Ainslie will upweight our marketing plans as we move forward with our second development for Briar Homes at Darnley, south of Glasgow.”
