Holland & Barrett, the UK’s leading health and wellness retailer, has today announced a new partnership with Phlo, the industry-leading provider of digital health services, supporting a more sustainable, holistic approach to weight management.

The partnership will see Phlo’s clinical weight management services featured across Holland & Barrett stores and online, signposting customers to additional support alongside its existing nutrition and wellness range. Meanwhile, Holland & Barrett continues to invest in its own-brand weight management ranges with new launches planned throughout 2026 and beyond.

As a GPhC-registered pharmacy and one of the UK’s leading providers of clinically-led weight loss treatments, Phlo operates with qualified clinical teams and will be responsible for providing all clinical services as part of the partnership. This includes patient assessment and ensuring patient care and safety, with services accessed at hollandandbarrett.com and via a QR code in Holland and Barrett stores across the UK.

The service is powered by Phlo Connect, Phlo’s API-driven digital infrastructure platform, which sits behind the customer experience to deliver clinical assessment, prescribing, dispensing and ongoing patient support.

today’s partnership announcement follows Holland & Barrett’s recently launched Back Your Body campaign, reflecting its commitment to helping people better understand their bodies and build sustainable, lifelong habits through accessible advice, products and tailored support.

This also comes at a time when weight management remains a significant challenge for many adults. Among those who have bought health and wellness products from Holland & Barrett in the last 12 months, 1 in 4 (26%) report experiencing challenges with weight management over the same period.
