David Aitken, Mortgage and Protection Advisor at Glasgow-based Mortgage Advice Bureau New Homes took home the award for Best Broker: New Build at the recent British Mortgage Awards.
The award acknowledges the adviser who can demonstrate the delivery of a significant volume of new build business during the last 12 months, along with a first-class knowledge of the relevant government schemes to effectively engage clients with quality advice in this sector.
