Greener Energy Group is proud to announce it has won the Cosy Installer of the Year at the Octopus Trusted Partners Awards 2026, recognising its outstanding contribution to the UK’s transition to clean energy.
Hosted by Octopus Energy, this year’s awards took place on Thursday, 26 March 2026 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, bringing together leading figures from across the clean energy sector.
The awards celebrated the installers at the forefront of the UK’s shift to greener energy, highlighting the companies delivering heat pumps, solar panels and other low carbon technologies to customers across the country.
The evening recognised standout achievements in decarbonisation, innovation and customer service, and featured a special appearance from former England rugby international – and The Celebrity Traitors finalist – Joe Marler.
Launched in 2024, the Octopus Trusted Partners programme was created to accelerate the rollout of clean technologies like heat pumps and solar panels across the UK. By working with a network of trusted local installers, Octopus is helping more households access affordable, low carbon solutions by delivering installations that Octopus can’t.
The awards come at a pivotal moment for the industry, following major government backing for home decarbonisation, including the £15bn Warm Homes Plan and the extension of the Boiler Upgrade Scheme to 2030 – making upgrades to cleaner, more efficient heating more accessible for households.
