Glasgow Airport is delighted to announce a brand-new route to Zurich, operated by Swiss leisure airline Edelweiss.

Starting May 29, 2026, passengers will be able to fly directly to Switzerland’s largest city twice a week, every Monday and Friday, until September 14, 2026.

This new connection offers Scottish travellers’ convenient access to Zurich, a city renowned for its stunning lakeside setting, vibrant cultural scene, and proximity to the Swiss Alps.

Whether for a city break or an adventure in Switzerland’s breathtaking landscapes, this route provides an exciting new option for summer travel. Scotland’s largest city is also ready to welcome visitors from Switzerland.

Chris Tibbett, Aviation Director at AGS Airports, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Edelweiss to Glasgow Airport with this exciting new service to Zurich.
