EDINBURGH-BASED full-service legal firm Gilson Gray welcomes Kelly Jones as Marketing Manager and Rachael Etheridge as Business Development Manager, enhancing their marketing and business development team.
Kelly Jones, formerly a senior account manager at communications agency The Lane, brings diverse experience across corporate sectors, including legal and professional services. In her new role, Jones aims to drive Gilson Gray’s marketing strategy, unlocking new opportunities and maintaining the firm’s position as a market leader.
Rachael Etheridge, with over ten years of experience in business development and marketing roles within legal firms, takes on a newly created position. Etheridge’s focus will be on advancing Gilson Gray’s regional offering by overseeing the delivery of strategic growth plans.
Vanessa Kennedy, who was promoted to Director of Marketing and Business Development in September 2023, expressed enthusiasm about the new additions to the team. “Kelly and Rachael are valuable additions to the team.
