LEADING Scottish law firm, Gillespie Macandrew has been retained as legal advisor to SSE following their recent panel review. The appointment, which will take effect in early March, will run for three years.
The appointment of SSE’s new legal panel took place alongside the recent sale of their Energy Services business to OVO and their desire for closer alignment of the wider business strategy to focus on low carbon assets and infrastructure.
