LEADING property consultancy Galbraith has announced two new promotions to partner and two new directors, as the firm continues to grow. A number of promotions to senior associate and associate have also been made.
Lucie Howatson and Crawford Mackay have been promoted to partner and John Pullen and Martin Rennie have been promoted to the position of director.
Laurie Cook, Paul Schofield, Tom Tongs and James Towers have all been promoted to senior associate. Ailsa Baird, Kitty Campbell, Kate Michie, Philippa Orr, Mark Paton and Russell Porter all progress to associate, demonstrating the breadth of talent in the firm. In addition, Alex Davies and Christian Wroe become senior surveyors, whilst Alex Flinn is promoted to senior forester.
Galbraith, which has 14 offices across Scotland and the North of England, including a new office in Morpeth which opened in early 2023, has recorded considerable growth in the past three years. The firm has roots dating back to 1765.

Lucie Howatson, based in Perth, is involved in rural management, valuations and professional consultancy work. Crawford Mackay, based in the Edinburgh office, oversees rural management, valuation and professional consultancy in the region, as well as providing advice on renewable energy and estate purchases.
Martin Rennie leads the agricultural consultancy service from the firm’s Perth office. Martin will be looking at expansion of the services offered to clients, as the agricultural sector undergoes a period of transformation.
John Pullen, a project manager in the building consultancy team based in Inverness, works on multi-disciplinary projects throughout the country including offices, retail outlets, and buildings in the industrial and leisure sectors.
