KNIGHT Property Group has just secured a new tenant for the ground floor office suites at 110 George Street, a classic Grade B listed Georgian townhouse, set in the heart of Edinburgh’s prime city centre.
This suite became available following Knight Property Group’s own internal move to the first floor within the building which is already home to Smart Energy, Cairngorm Capital Partners and The Vardy Foundation.
Leading pensions and investment advisory firm, Isio is relocating from an existing base in St Andrew Square and has agreed a five-year lease for the 1,337 sq ft ground floor suite, with the team of up to 20 staff taking occupation at the end of February. The property also benefits from car parking at the rear.
Isio was formed following the sale of KPMG UK’s pension practice to a private equity firm in March 2020. The business has an established network of offices and advisers around the UK, including Glasgow and Edinburgh. Known and respected for its agility, the Isio team has over 1,000 client relationships, ranging from small to blue chip, as well as public to private.
