For the first time since 2019, the Queen of pop-mash-parodic-stereophonic-vaudevillian-infotainment returns to Fringe.
The power-diva half of Frisky & Mannish makes her solo debut with Frisky’s Reshuffle – a genre-spanning live music extravaganza, where the audience can challenge Frisky and her 4-piece band to play any song in any style, from samba to skiffle, Mötley Crüe to Mongolian throat singing, and absolutely everything in-between (and we mean EVERYTHING).
Frisky’s Reshuffle isn’t just about the world-class vocals and musical mayhem of Miss Frisky, it’s about the people in the room that night – their stories, their favourite tunes, their bizarre ideas. They may arrive as strangers, but they leave as friends.
Frisky has the lofty ambition not only to explore new musical frontiers, but to have everyone leap into the unknown together, and dance away into the night as the boldest, brightest versions of themselves.
It takes a performer of a certain level of experience, competence, and delusion to allow the audience to run things. But in this new era of her life and career, Frisky is embracing imperfection and risk – because you can’t timidly shuffle into the unknown, you need to take a great big leap.
Frisky’s Reshuffle is the best kind of Fringe show – you simply ‘have to be there’ because anything can and will happen. No two shows will ever be the same, and neither will you.
A live band, a huge heart and big Frisk energy – Frisky’s Reshuffle is THE unmissable Fringe night out for 2025.
