National law firm Freeths are thrilled to announce that they have advised construction and insurance law specialist Beale & Co on the strategic opening of its first office in Scotland.

This significant move marks Beale & Co’s first office in Scotland, based in Glasgow, and is a key part of their ongoing operational growth plan.

With this expansion, Beale & Co now has a presence across England & Wales, Scotland, the Republic of Ireland, and the UAE, further strengthening their offering.

The firms dedicated legal team, led by Real Estate Partner Paul Ockrim and Associate Pamela Gorman, played a pivotal role in making this happen.

This move comes just 18 months after Freeths launched its own office in Glasgow, demonstrating our commitment to growth and excellence in the region.

Commenting on the deal, Paul Ockrim said: “It’s been a pleasure advising Beale & Co on its expansion into Scotland.

“Being relatively new entrants ourselves, we were able to successfully advise Beale & Co and deliver their move North of the Border on time.

“It’s great to see fast-growing firms investing in Scotland and its talent pool.”

Andy Jones, COO at Beale & Co added: “Paul and the team at Freeths provided us with excellent support and expertise throughout the process of establishing our new office in Glasgow.

“We are excited to begin our new chapter in Scotland.”
