FORE Partnership, the purpose-driven real estate investment firm, has announced that leading wealth management and financial services firm, RBC Brewin Dolphin, has taken 6,000 sq. ft. at Cadworks in Glasgow City Centre.

RBC Brewin Dolphin has moved into its eighth-floor space at Scotland’s most sustainable office building, joining existing occupiers TLT and OVO.

Cadworks, which comprises 95,000 sq. ft. of grade A space and was named the most innovative building in the UK by the BCO in its annual awards, is recognised as the country’s greenest workspace.  It features Scotland’s first cycle-in access ramp, anti-viral air purifying paint, extensive storage for bicycles and electric vehicles only, and has formed innovative partnerships with grassroots community organisations.

Basil Demeroutis, managing partner, FORE Partnership, said: “To make a letting of this quality to a well-known and respected financial services firm is not just a reflection of the high demand for sustainable space, but also a sign that Glasgow’s office market is recovering well following a challenging couple of years.

“Organisations that want to make a significant positive impact on how business is done, need office space that is modern, efficient and eco-friendly to meet this requirement. We’re delighted to welcome RBC Brewin Dolphin to join TLT and OVO at Cadworks.”

Stephen Martin, head of RBC Brewin Dolphin’s Glasgow office, said: “Our requirement was for space that we could fit out without an environmental burden and Cadworks offers a blank canvas to allow us to do this. Cadworks will make active commuting by bike and foot really straightforward for our team, who are very much onboard with our mission to move forward in a more healthy, planet-friendly way. We’re looking forward to being a part of the Cadworks community”.

FORE Partnership was represented in the deal by Savills, Ryden, and Avison Young, whilst RBC Brewin Dolphin was represented by JLL.
