A new initiative led by financial services supporting body, Future Finance, hopes to drive innovation in the UK’s FinTech sector as a response to slowing productivity.

Research conducted by Future Finance found that the financial advice and wealth management sector faces a range of challenges created by rapid technological advancements and regulatory shift that hinder operational efficiencies.

The programme will support businesses with the skills and insight needed to overcome these challenges. This will help to not only optimise business processes, but also expand help to expand financial services to wider and often underrepresented audiences.

Dominic Chalmers, Senior Leadership Team Member at Future Finance commented: “Through Future Finance, we are committed to fostering innovation in the financial services sector.

“Our Innovation Leadership Programme offers a unique opportunity for professionals to enhance their strategic capabilities and drive meaningful change within their organisations.”
