The ESP Group is delighted to announce it’s been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s RM6347 Transport Technology framework, a UK Government framework designed to help public sector organisations deliver smarter, more sustainable transport and mobility solutions.

ESP Group is named on Lot 7b: Smart Ticketing, focusing on system integration for smart ticketing and integrated travel. Through this lot, ESP Group will be able to deliver:

  • Ticketing and payment solutions
  • Customer service platforms
  • Back-office tools
  • Technology integration to enhance passenger experience

Ashley Meston, CEO of ESP Group, commented:

“Being named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Services Transport Technology framework is a major milestone for the ESP Group. It provides us with a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with public sector partners to shape the future of UK transport and mobility. Our expertise in smart ticketing, digital integration, and customer experience positions us perfectly to deliver innovative solutions that make travel simpler, smarter, and more sustainable.”

The ESP Group has been awarded a two-year place on the framework, with the option of a one-year extension.

This achievement further strengthens the ESP Group’s position as a trusted partner in transport technology, supporting clients with end-to-end services that improve mobility, enhance passenger experiences, and contribute to a more connected, low-carbon future.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

Their new transport technology framework provides access to technology goods and services that enable sustainable urban, rural, and intercity transport and mobility. All UK public sector organisations can use this framework agreement.
