SCOTTISH legal firm Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP has acquired the business of J Gibson Associates Ltd. in Edinburgh.
The move comes as founder Jeff Gibson prepares to step down from the business, handing over to WJM which will continue to provide legal services to the firm’s client base.
Fraser Gillies, Managing Partner of Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP, said: “Jeff Gibson has built a strong firm over the past decade, looking after residential property, private client, commercial property and litigation work.
