DWF Adds New Corporate Partner in Scotland

DWF a global provider of integrated legal and business services, has appointed Jonathan Kirkwood as a new corporate partner in Edinburgh. With over 24 years of expertise in corporate law, Jonathan Kirkwood joins DWF as a corporate partner after nearly 15 years at Pinsent Masons.

Jonathan brings extensive experience in advising international clients and leading on large-scale M&A transactions, investments, joint ventures and reorganisations within the energy sector. His practice has a particular focus on oil & gas and renewables and on carbon capture projects and battery storage technology. He also advises clients within the fishing and higher education sectors.
