INSIGHTS Learning and Development is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Millar, formerly Head of Finance, as its new Director of Corporate Development and Marketing.

In his new role, Neil Millar will lead Insights corporate development and alliances agenda, build its strategic market planning capability, and spearhead the marketing teams.

His leadership will be pivotal in helping the Dundee-based global people development company achieve its ambitious revenue targets. Neil will oversee these teams to stimulate demand, extend the reach and success of the Insights brand and deepen the impact of the company’s purpose globally.

Neil Millar expressed his enthusiasm for the new role, stating:

“I am excited to lead our corporate development and marketing efforts at such a pivotal time for Insights. With a clear vision and dedicated teams, we are well positioned to continue to make a significant impact in the global market and build more value for our customers over the coming months.”
