TGEN, one of the leading providers of diesel and gas generators in the UK, has agreed to acquire the sales and projects division of Bristol-based Power Electrics Generators (“PEG”), from its owners John and Andy Pullin.

The acquisition will add considerable capacity and expertise to DTGen and extends its national coverage across the UK, with locations in Scotland, the Midlands and now the south. There are plans to continue investing significantly in the business to further build on its national footprint.
PEG is widely recognised as one of the most experienced generator sales specialists in the UK. It sells, commissions and installs generators to a blue-chip customer base in the datacentre, industrial and utilities sectors.
Bringing two of the UK’s most established generator specialists together creates one of the largest dedicated generator companies in the UK with turnover in excess of £30m and more than 100 employees across the three locations.

It will be able to make further investment in our people and capabilities – supporting our customers on a more national basis, whilst still retaining the specialist nature of our business.”
