IT BUSINESS consultancy group Consenna has announced two new appointments.
Nora Wicks has been appointed as the Johnstone-based firm’s second client director, four months after James Fitch joined in a comparable role.
Her role will see her focus on driving and improving customer experience across the IT sector, build and strengthen relationships with large global customers, as well as enhancing existing projects.
She said: “Having built a career at both large organisations and within smaller teams, I have an appreciation of the challenges faced by both types of business and have learnt the opportunities and routes to success. This experience is something I’m very excited about sharing with the customers I’ll be working with and also the wider Consenna team.”
Consenna has also appointed Kirsty Thompson to the newly created role of Service Delivery Manager.
