Colliers, on behalf of landlord Northwood Real Estate, has let the final trade counter unit at Livingston Trade Park to Move Fresh, in a deal that takes the estate to fully let.
Move Fresh, a 3PL that works with food, drink and health brands, has agreed a new lease on 6,807 sq ft of space at the estate. Move Fresh joins City Plumbing, Yesss Electrical and Scotbio on the estate which is located just north of Livingston town centre and well connected via the M8 and M9, giving access to Scotland’s major cities and beyond.
Lewis Pentland, Director in the Industrial & Logistics team at Colliers, marketed the trade park alongside JLL. He comments: “It is fantastic to have taken Livingston Trade Park to fully let with the lease to Move Fresh. We are seeing continued demand from occupiers looking for well connected and modern units which can provide a base for their operations across Scotland.”
Northwood Real Estate also own Inchwood Park in Bathgate, following its acquisition in 2024. Currently Unit 7/8 is available and undergoing refurbishment and providing 4,930 sq ft of space. Existing occupiers at Inchwood Park, which is based slight further along the M8 from Livingston, include Screwfix, Toolstation, Paint Shed and Howdens. Colliers and Ryden are joint agents on the estate.
