STRATEGIC communications advisory firm Charlotte Street Partners has appointed Professor Paul Gray as a consulting partner.

Gray will provide analysis and counsel for the partners and clients of the firm on strategy, governance, coaching and ethical leadership.

Charlotte Street Partners was founded in 2014. The firm offers a range of services to organisations in Scotland, across the UK and beyond, including long-term reputation and brand management, crisis support, communications and leadership training, employee engagement and media relations.

Laura Hamilton, managing partner, said:

“Paul is an excellent addition to our team and we’re delighted to welcome him aboard. He joins as we continue to respond to our clients’ requirements for increasingly specialist advice and expertise. Paul will balance his work with us with commitments to the University of Glasgow, the Royal College, and his other coaching and advisory roles. He brings decades of perspective, experience and acute intelligence across the full range of issues that we think about on behalf of our clients.”

Professor Paul Gray said:

“I was delighted when Charlotte Street Partners contacted me last summer and, in the course of our discussions, it became clear to me that they are an insightful and diverse team offering advice and perspectives to help their clients navigate an increasingly complex world. I like their values-based approach, and I am very pleased to be joining the firm at such an interesting time in its development.”
