LEADING real estate advisor CBRE has announced details of a new service offering for clients, with the first project in the UK currently being delivered by CBRE in Scotland.

CBRE’s new consultancy-led turnkey solution sees multiple teams from the firm working together collaboratively under one contract to provide a full range of services from advising on accommodation, the lease transaction, due diligence, design, project management and building services.

CBRE in Scotland has recently been appointed by a European energy company to deliver a turnkey solution for its new Edinburgh office. Following a full refurbishment of the space by the landlord, CBRE acquired the space for the occupier and is now working with its construction partner to deliver a design and build solution for the Cat B fit-out.

Ross Meins, Director in CBRE Scotland’s Project Management and Building Consultancy team, said: “It is exciting to announce our new turnkey solution service which is the first of its kind in the UK. The innovative approach means the client has one point of contact throughout the whole process, making it a much smoother experience.

“CBRE is a solutions-driven company and the wide range of services we offer means we can fulfill all of our clients’ real estate needs. The turnkey solution is a unique offering in which multiple teams can be involved in a single transaction, taking clients through the whole process and allowing them to reduce their overall time commitment to the project.”
