Care provider, SureCare Dumfries and Galloway, is looking to create twelve new care jobs in response to a growth in business.

The company, which launched in July this year, set out determined to introduce a new approach to the delivery of care following the personal experience of its leadership team looking after their own relatives.  Based on this experience, the team is passionate that a person’s home is the best place for care wherever possible.

This approach has led to a rapid growth for the business, and the company is now looking to fill at least twelve new care roles to deliver care within Dumfries and Galloway, particularly in Annan, Gretna, Dalry, Castle Douglas, Moffat and Thornhill where many residents struggle to access high quality local care.

SureCare has also adopted a new approach to the development of its care staff, offering the highest rates of pay locally as well as a structed programme of training and professional development.

Peter Bomer, Founder of SureCare Dumfries and Galloway said: “The response we’ve received so far has been remarkable and our ability to provide consistency, connection and reliable care has been greatly welcomed by families.

“We are building a team that is committed, empathetic and encouraged to meaningful, lasting relationships with the people they support.

“We’ve shown that care can be personal and professional, thoughtful for clients, rewarding for carers, and commercially sound. It takes imagination and discipline, but it works.”

Interested candidates can forward CVs to [email protected].

Based in Dumfries, SureCare Dumfries and Galloway offers a range of person-centred care services at home.  Further information is available from surecare.co.uk/dumgal.
