The Dunfermline based company, which has delivered more than 3,800 homes across East Central Scotland since 1989, has been recognised in the Private Development of the Year – Medium category for its Strathearn Gait development in Crieff, highlighting its continued commitment to quality, innovation and community impact. Winners will be announced at Homes for Scotland’s annual awards lunch in May.

Campion’s shortlisting builds on recent successes including winning the Excellence in Accessibility & Inclusion Award at the Scottish Home Awards in both 2024 (Primrose Street, Alloa) and 2025 (Charleston, Dundee), as well as being Highly Commended in the Development of the Year (Medium) category at the 2025 Homes for Scotland Awards.
