LEADING hospitality operator, Buzzworks Holdings, has introduced a new, cash incentive employee bonus scheme for any members of the public who refer a friend to join its soon to open Thirty Knots pub and restaurant in South Queensferry.
Designed to unearth new talent and bolster company culture, Buzzworks’ handsome initiative could see the referrer walking away with up to £750 for a successful recommendation.
