Buttons & Bows Nursery School in Dundee has been bought by Haroon Rashid and Javed Ghafoor.
The nursery school, first established by Ann Bremner in 1990, is located within the Stobswell area of Dundee, just a five minutes’ walk to the centre of town. The popular nursery has capacity for 79 children.
Having owned the nursey for almost 29 years, Ann decided that it was time to retire and instructed Christie & Co to seek a new owner to take the business forward. Ann comments, “I am delighted to have sold the nursery to Haroon and Javed. My husband, Gordon and I felt we had an affinity with them from our first meeting and are delighted with their vision for taking the nursery forward.”
New owners, Haroon Rashid and Javed Ghafoor, are experienced entrepreneurs who were keen to enter the childcare sector and purchase their first children’s day nursery. After tirelessly searching for the perfect setting, they are delighted with their purchase of Buttons & Bows Nursery School and intend on continuing the excellent work established by Ann and her team.
