THE Employment team at independent UK law firm Burges Salmon has won the title of ‘Employment Law Firm of the Year’ at the Personnel Today Awards 2021.
The Employment Law Firm of the Year Award recognises innovation, performance and client service in employment law teams’ work for their HR clients. In making their decision, the judges also considered proactive advice provided for clients as well as their ability to handle live disputes.
Entries were judged by a distinguished panel of experts drawn from the HR industry selected by Personnel Today. The panel said that Burges Salmon’s client-focused response to the pandemic was ‘superb’ and highlighted testimonials from the firm’s clients as clearly showing that the materials produced and the assistance provided by the team helped them navigate the issues that COVID-19 created.
Burges Salmon’s win in this category acknowledges the firm’s commitment to its clients and for remaining agile and responsive to their needs throughout the pandemic.

The Personnel Today Awards 2021 were held on Tuesday 16 November 2021 at Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
