Bancon Homes, headquartered in Banchory, Aberdeenshire, has started the new year by bolstering their private homes sales team with the promotion of Claire Forbes to Sales Manager and the appointment of Anne Alexander as Part Exchange Manager.

Claire joined the business just four months ago as a Senior Sales Advisor. During this time, she has showcased her exceptional leadership skills, customer-focused approach, and extensive knowledge of the private homes market. Her prior experience with several prominent new-build construction companies has been instrumental in her success. Claire’s promotion to Sales Manager is a testament to her contributions and her dedication to driving sales performance across Bancon’s developments

Anne joins the team with over 30 years of experience in estate agency and new build sales. Her expertise in the property market, combined with her strong background in part exchange management, will enhance Bancon’s ability to support customers looking for a smooth and efficient way to sell their existing home when purchasing a new Bancon property.
