AN independent property developer has announced its plans for a new 128 home development in Cambuslang, South Lanarkshire, with construction underway.
Gilbertfield Woods will be the second development Dundas Estates have taken on in the town after selling all 61 homes at its popular Gilbertfields View, which is adjacent to the new site.
Targeting first-time buyers, downsizers and those with growing families; the new development will host three-bed semi-detached, and three, four and five-bedroom detached homes with the first phase consisting of 41 units.
