AVANT Homes Scotland has strengthened its land team with the appointment of a senior land manager to further enable the housebuilder’s nationwide expansion.
Andrew Statham, who joins from property investment firm Manse, has 15 years’ experience in residential and commercial property acquisitions. In his new role, he is responsible for identifying land opportunities to further grow Avant Homes’ development footprint across Scotland.
Commenting on his appointment, Andrew said: “Avant Homes is keen to further expand its presence across Scotland, particularly within the central belt. My focus is to bring land forward for development to support the business’s ambitious growth strategy.
“Delivering this will ultimately provide more homebuyers with the choice of buying a new design-led Avant home in popular locations where people want to live.”
