AVANT Homes Scotland has opened a three-bedroom showhome at its £69m Jackton Green development in East Kilbride.

Located just off Jackton Road, the 252-home development comprises a mix of three and four-bedroom homes. Prices range from £222,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached property to £399,995 for a four-bedroom detached house.

Interested buyers can now visit the popular spacious Kenstone showhome to experience Avant Homes’ specification first hand.

As with all properties at Jackton Green, the showhome features an impressive open-plan living space, and designer kitchen with integrated appliances & bifold doors to the garden. 

The final homes feature part exchange offers, LBBT paid, five per cent mortgage contribution as well as flooring and carpet included in the price.
