AutoRek announces appointment of Chief Financial Officer

SCOTTISH fintech and regtech company, AutoRek, a leading software provider to global financial services firms announces the appointment of Kenny Bain as Chief Financial Officer.

He joins the senior management team at AutoRek and will play a key role in the next stage of the company’s evolution and scaling of the business’s operations.

Formerly Chief Executive Officer of Rant and Rave, the award-winning customer feedback management platform, since 2016, Mr. Bain brings strong financial leadership and operational management experience with a proven track record of delivering substantial growth in the software and technology sector, in the UK and internationally. Rant and Rave was successfully acquired by Upland Inc, after experiencing rapid growth and US market entry.

Prior to this, Mr. Bain held a variety of senior roles during his 14-year tenure at Graham Technology,

including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and EMEA Managing Director, as the business expanded across the US, Europe and Asia and was subsequently acquired and integrated into KANA Software and ultimately, Verint Inc.

Mr. Bain has worked with a number of financial services organisations on improving customer experience strategies and brings a broad understanding of the increasing data management challenges facing financial institutions today.
