B2B software and services provider AnywhereWorks has launched a 2023 graduate programme. The global technology organisation has embarked on a search for passionate and energetic marketing and HR graduates to join their growing team.

Over the course of 18 months, the programme will offer graduates the opportunity to gain experience across a range of areas. Graduates will learn from team members and support a variety of projects to build their skills – gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. They will also help support the organisation’s Giving Back initiatives (through 2 x paid Giving Back days per year and working with non-profit organisations every single month as part of AnywhereWorks’ commitment to people & planet).

During the selection process, AnywhereWorks will evaluate candidates’ cultural fit, their desire to learn and their appetite for problem-solving. The company will also recognise soft skills such as adaptability, work ethic and eagerness to make an impact.

Fraser Wilson, Director of Mattering & Impact (Marketing) at AnywhereWorks, said: “We’re passionate about providing development opportunities to those embarking on their career post-university. Having completed a graduate programme myself after finishing university, I’m excited to support the launch of this programme . We’re looking forward to bringing fresh perspectives, passion and talent into the business – and we’re on the hunt for enthusiastic people who want to make an impact!”

As part of raising awareness of the programme, AnywhereWorks are attending two graduate fairs at Heriot Watt University and Strathclyde University.
