All-Energy, the UK’s largest low-carbon energy and renewables exhibition and conference, wraps up today at the SEC Glasgow on the final day of its 25th anniversary edition. The two-day event has brought together over 13,000 professionals to explore the next phase of the UK’s energy transition.
Chris Stark CBE, Head of the UK’s Mission for Clean Power, delivered a keynote address today as delegates continued exploring solutions from over 300 exhibitors including Hitachi Energy, SSEN, OEUK, Enercon and Nordex. The conference featured 600 speakers across 57 sessions examining critical industry challenges.
Key Themes
The Strategic Summit focused on offshore wind, transmission reform, skills and workforce development, and supply chain resilience. Panel discussions addressed the estimated £1.4 trillion investment needed for the UK energy transition and strategies for de-risking critical energy infrastructure projects.

The show floor featured six specialist theatres including the newly launched Solar and Storage theatre, alongside established zones covering Innovation, Offshore & Onshore Wind and Marine Renewables, FutureGrid, and Future Talent. The Innovators Hub, launched in partnership with Net Zero Technology Centre (NZTC), showcased start-ups and disruptors driving low-carbon energy innovation.
Roundtables and workshops provided discussion-led sessions for deeper exploration of industry challenges. The Women in New Energy Zone, created in partnership with Energy Voice, offered networking, mentoring and collaboration opportunities for professionals across the sector. Yesterday’s opening featured addresses from Michael Shanks MP, Minister of State for Energy at the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero, and Fintan Slye, CEO of National Energy System Operator (NESO). The milestone 25th anniversary event is organised by RX Global and marks a quarter-century of bringing together the UK’s renewable energy community at the SEC Glasgow.
