Experienced commercial and banking lawyer Jamie Apted has joined Aberdein Considine as a partner in their Legal 500 Tier 1-ranked Lender Services team.

Jamie, who will be based in the firm’s Caddell House offices on Glasgow’s Waterloo Street, joins from the London Metal Exchange, having previously worked at the Financial Ombudsman Service and in private practice.

He will work closely with Myra Scott, Partner and Head of the Lender Services Practice Group, and her colleagues, who netted a Herald Law Award for Scotland as Debt Recovery Team of the Year in 2024.
