ABERDEIN Considine has moved to strengthen its legal teams with a number of promotions across the firm.
Six lawyers, covering a range of legal disciplines including Family Law, Commercial Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Conveyancing, have been promoted to the position of Senior Solicitor, with one further promotion to Associate level.
Sarah Jack (Commercial Real Estate), based at the firm’s Waterloo Street office in Glasgow has been made Associate, with Megan Hannah (Family Law), also based in Glasgow, receiving a promotion to Senior Solicitor.
Erin Shand (Corporate and Commercial) and Tom Main (Family), both based in firm’s legal office in Aberdeen, have been promoted to Senior Solicitor.
Conveyancing specialists Stevie Kelman (Banchory & Stonehaven), Jordan Watt (Peterhead & Ellon) and Mairi Innes (Perth & Dundee) have also moved up to Senior Solicitor.
The last few years have seen Aberdein Considine experience considerable growth, and the promotions build on the investment which has taken place to help further grow the depth and expertise of its legal teams.

The most recent publication of the Legal 500 ranked Aberdein Considine across eight practice areas and for the sixth year running has been awarded coveted “Top Tier” status. This accolade is in the field of Debt Recovery, with the firm also recognised for its Corporate and Commercial Law, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, Insolvency, Private Client and Family Law work.
The partnership has a second Debt Recovery ranking in England and wales, where it has a rapidly expanding Litigation and Debt Recovery practice.
