Aberdeen Investments is advancing the next phase of its ambitious refurbishment programme at 151-155 St Vincent Street, a landmark office building in the heart of Glasgow city centre.
Building on recent successes, including the high-profile letting to Addleshaw Goddard and the completion of a newly enhanced entrance at 155 St Vincent Street, Aberdeen is now spearheading a comprehensive upgrade of the 5th floor suite, which spans 10,860 sq ft. This phase also introduces new welfare facilities in the basement, significantly improving end-of-journey amenities alongside enhanced wellness provisions. Completion is scheduled for Easter 2026.
The 5th floor will feature an exposed ceiling finish and modern VRF air conditioning, delivering a sustainable, cost-effective solution while offering occupiers flexibility in their final fit-out.
Elaine McCann, Deputy Head of Asset Management (UK) Real Estate at Aberdeen Group, emphasised:
“Aberdeen is committed to continuous investment in our assets to strengthen sustainability credentials, user experience, and meet the evolving needs of corporate occupiers. Our focus includes delivering high-quality wellbeing and amenity provision to support modern working practices.”
Tim Jacobsen, Offices Agency Partner at Ryden and joint letting agent with CBRE, added:
“Occupiers increasingly prioritise location, amenity, and specification. Aberdeen’s proactive investment at 151-155 St Vincent Street positions the property exceptionally well to capture this demand.”

Addleshaw Goddard selected the building after an extensive market search, citing its central location, scale of refurbishment, and Aberdeen’s ability to structure a competitive, flexible leasing package. The firm has secured a 10-year lease of the 4th floor at a headline rent of £32.50 per sq ft.
Ryden and CBRE are appointed as joint letting agents for 151-155 St Vincent Street and Savills represented Addleshaw Goddard. Trident Building Consulting are project managers for the refurbishment.
