Intelligent Mobile takes two at Scottish Digital Agency of the Year

Intelligent Mobile recently beat off competition from much larger agencies to win two coveted awards as Scottish Digital Agency of the Year and for App of the Year for their work with Longleat

EDINBURGH based, Intelligent Mobile recently beat off competition from much larger agencies to win two coveted awards as Scottish Digital Agency of the Year and for App of the Year for their work with Longleat, in the prestigious Herald Scottish Digital Business Awards. 

The boutique agency prides itself on providing a highly personal service within the digital space, and in building bespoke solutions for brands within the Customer Experience, Property and Visitor Attraction sectors.

Developing an effective digital solution for Longleat.

The commitment made by Intelligent Mobile to Longleat was disarmingly simple, “To build the world’s best Safari Park app”.

This required compiling detailed understanding of what “best” would look like, in reliable and measurable terms, before any digital design work was undertaken.

Jamie Love adds, “Our task was to bring technological expertise and genuine innovation to improve an already outstanding visitor experience. This brought the added challenge however of operating within an area of poor mobile network coverage and Wi-Fi connectivity. – Luckily, we enjoy a challenge.

“Delivery included developing several world technical “firsts”. Results included significant cost savings through switching to digital tools, alongside five-star customer reviews for the app. Excellent feedback on the use of technology has also been generated on TripAdvisor, Facebook and Google.
